TownePlace Suites St. Louis O'Fallon

We had a long stay in this hotel and it’s absolutely amazing! Room are very nice, kitchenette has everything we need. Pet friendly, free breakfast, and it has a gym and a pool! All the staff are nice! I want to commend Ms Lesley at the frontdesk, she is very nice, wide smile and ready to help anytime. We enjoyed our stay, it feels like home. Thank you so much!

There are a Hampton Inn and Fairfield nearby and both are better options if you don't need an extended stay/kitchenette setup. Although this hotel is very new it is aging quickly. The common areas and our room, 210, both had slightly odd smells then masked by light fragrance. The room was not designed well and the placement of everything is just strange and suboptimal. While pretty clean, there is visible wear and dinginess. The staff was friendly. One another comment, the Wi-Fi didn't seem fully functional during my 1 night stay. Multiple of my devices would connect to the network but not the Internet. The Marriott connection portal just seemed MIA.

For superior customer service, TownePlace Suites, O'Fallon, ILL. is the place to be. My trip was not for a vacation, but, instead, it was a sad journey. I was there to attend my beloved sister's funeral. Obviously, I was in a state of stress and exhaustion. This hotel's staff was friendly and warm while being efficient. On my way to the funeral, I passed the front desk and was having wardrobe issues and concern over my appearance. A member of the staff sensed my distress and immediately offered assistance, even helping with my hair. Staying at hotels these days, customer service is often brisk, even brittle, helping only with what is required. This staff member didn't have to show the concern she did. She instinctively knew that there are travelers who need more than a clean room. This hotel in O'Fallon leaves me with a warm memory that beckons me to return.

I stayed in this Hotel for 2 months. I have never ever been in a Hotel with such a nice people. I felt very welcomed by Jacklyn and the rest of the staff members. Rooms were always clean and room service are a hard working people that came constantly to make sure my room had everything it needed. This Hotel staff truly represents everything I always been looking for in a Hotel. Kindness, great customer service and response to my necessities. Thank you team.

Staff was very friendly. beautiful, and relaxing fire pit. And the gym was better than most hotel gyms. I stay here every time I’m near O’fallon, and it’s always great.

Brand New Hotel. Towels aren’t even broken in yet and are waterproof. Everything is excellent but as usual with Marriott, not quite enough parking adjacent to entrance, but plenty of overflow space. It could be miserable to walk from overflow with bags and groceries depending on weather. There is a little freeway noise, but the location is great for dining and shopping. Plenty of choices.
